Rod has always been passionate about expanding designs beyond the confines of a screen or canvas. A creative professional in the design industry for 13 years, he has worked with top-level clients from New York to Vancouver producing online, print and motion graphics for NBC, Nokia, Playstation, Adidas and Atari. Rod was the lead designer with Noise Digital and was also the co-founder of Vancouver's Division Creative Agency. With Surface, he's able to explore and develop designs with clients and designers from across the globe.
Bryce Mckamey
Director of Sales and Business Development
Hailing from a line of lumberjacks, Bryce's knows the meaning of hard work and dedication. With an extensive background in sales and marketing and now a successful entrepreneur and co-owner of Seattle's 'Best Bar', See Sound Lounge, Surface is fortunate to share his knowledge and leadership onmarketing, sales and business development.
While fully caffeinated, Bryce is actively seeking fresh new sales channels to deliver Surface to a shop near you.
Justin Cohen
Director of Online Marketing & Development
Justin joins SURFACE after a distinguished 8 year career in web design and development. Graduating from Vancouver Film School and BCIT, he went on to propel his career by joining the acclaimed Vancouver design agency, Blast Radius. His talent and drive quickly led him solo with his own strategic creative agency, Sofresh Inc, and he has now expanded to an office in Asia. Justin is also an instructor in Motion Graphics and New Media at BCIT. Surface Collective.com would not exist without Justin's online knowledge and his passion for providing customers with an unparalleled online shopping experience.
Nilou Taghinejad

Nilou first walked into Surface Collective over 2 years ago. Since then she has dedicated herself to the continual development of Surface Collective, including crossing from production manager to contributing designer. Nilou now works directly with our clients and customers to ensuring everything from the ground up stays in perfect working order.
Ali Moran
Production Manager
Ali's background in fashion, interior and production design, translates into an exceptional fit for Surface. From coordinating stage and costume designs to working on custom interiors for contemporary homes, she now lends her management and hands-on skill to execute both the product line and custom installations. Her practical knowledge for how things should function and flow, ensures deliveries and deadlines are always met.
Rigo Luevano
Project Manager
Rigo delivers other half of the puzzle handling everything from costing, inventory, quality control and streamlining the production process to installation management, client/vendor management and timelines for deliverables. This allows our designers to do what they do best and allows our customers to get a superior product at fantastic rates. It's win-win. And isn't that all you can expect from a true team player?
